(Ahsaab) 33 : 48
وَلَا تُطِعِ الْكَافِرِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَدَعْ أَذَاهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ وَكِيلًا
And you don’t obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and you prevent their annoyances, and you entrust upon Lord Allah, enough is Lord Allah as an authority.
Since Adhikr-the Safeguard mentioned in verse 5: 48 is formed as a Book, all the annoyances, hurts, harms and all such evils should be banned and defended by Adhikr. See explanation 3: 101-103; 9: 73; 33: 1-3.
